Patient with severe gum diseases and plan to remove all of the remaining teeth and replace with implant to support lower fixed bridge in the same day. Implants were placed on both upper and lower jaw in the morning and the lower titanium bar was connected to the implants.

Lower full arch fixed bridge was inserted to this patient on the same day and the upper bar was insert to the implant after 6 months with the upper removable overdenture with clip attachment.
